mishcreates was born from my own creative awakening in my 40s. I picked up a paintbrush later in life and quickly discovered the joy, calm, and connection that comes from making art... just for the love of it. Now, I want to share that magic with others through colourful watercolour workshops that are all about exploring and creating.

Lovely, intimate evening. My first time using water paints! Mish is a lovely teacher, creating a relaxed atmosphere for participants. There was no pressure to create a masterpiece, just the slowing down of time to play and see how watercolours blend - using wet on wet technique and wet on dry technique - and then moving on to apply those techniques... + more

Mish's workshop was excellent. Mish was very welcoming and there was lots of material to use to create junk journal pages. It was the first time I had done it myself, although I had seen people do it on the internet. I think I will be back to do this workshop again and make more junk journal pages.
